Dog Bed : Sizing and Fit
Nose to base of tail while they're lying fully extended, not curled. Choose the size that fits them flat. When you're between two sizes, size up, nobody has ever told us having generous dog bed is a problem.
It's worth finding a spot that suits your dog, rather than choosing a bed size based on the gap you happen to have. We know floor space is sometimes tight, but your dog's bed should be spacious enough for them to stretch out fully and sleep comfortably, that's what actually matters for a good night's sleep. If a favourite corner is snug, it's usually easier to shift a little furniture than to size the bed down.

Message us your dog's breed, weight and whether they sleep curled or stretched out, plus the space you have. We size dogs every day and we'll tell you straight.
Crate Mat : Sizing and Fit
This is the number that matters. Crate makers quote external dimensions, and the usable internal floor is smaller once you account for the frame. Measure the actual internal floor length and width and match that to the mat. Refer Crate Mat sizing chart
This way you are sure that that you have purchased the correct size of the mat.
Up to 5cm longer than the internal length is fine. It squeezes in and sits snugly, which many owners prefer.
Pillow edge has a raised bolster along one long side for a chin rest. Flat is uniform across the whole surface. Covers must match the style of the mat.
Send us the internal measurements of your crate, or the make and model, and we'll tell you which mat fits.
As you can see we managed to fit such a big bed into smallest possible packaging is due to Vacuum packaging hence it can take some time to expand and take its original shape.
We request to allow up to 72 hrs for the bed to take its complete shape.
Totally, Your dog can use the bed while it's expanding and taking its shape. it won't interfere in the expansion process.

Yes, while the packaging is still sealed. We offer 30-day returns/exchange on items that are unopened, unused and in the original box.
Beds and crate mats arrive vacuum compressed. Once the seal is opened the foam expands to full size and can't be compressed back down, so it won't fit in the box it arrived in. If you have any doubt about the size, message us before you open the packaging.
Email support@kangaroobed.com within 5 days of receipt with a photo. We cover return postage on faulty items and organise shipment of the correct items immediately.
